Castelmezzano ist so einer. Hoch oben in den Dolomiti Lucane, auf rund 750 Metern H\u00f6he, klebt das Dorf an den Felsen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:6px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wer einmal durch die engen Gassen gelaufen ist, versteht, warum es zu den \u201esch\u00f6nsten D\u00f6rfern Italiens\u201c z\u00e4hlt \u2013 und warum es trotz oder gerade wegen seiner Abgeschiedenheit so faszinierend wirkt. Die Kulisse ist spektakul\u00e4r: m\u00e4chtige Felszacken, steile H\u00e4nge, H\u00e4user, die direkt aus dem Stein zu wachsen scheinen. Seine Geschichte reicht weit zur\u00fcck \u2013 bis ins 6. Jahrhundert vor Christus, als griechische Kolonisten hier die Siedlung Maudoron gr\u00fcndeten. Jahrhundert, als Menschen vor den anr\u00fcckenden Sarazenen flohen. Sie suchten Schutz in den Bergen \u2013 und fanden ihn in dieser schwer zug\u00e4nglichen Felslandschaft.
