La demolizione \u00e8 in corso.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Napoli - L'ex luogo di ritrovo sociale, con i suoi grattacieli ricoperti di cemento e i suoi stretti anfratti, si appresta a diventare una Scampia completamente diversa e nuova. Sicuramente senza criminalit\u00e0 organizzata. Questo \u00e8 il piano del sindaco Gaetano Manfredi, che all'inizio dell'anno ha annunciato a livello locale: \"Lo Stato \u00e8 qui. E questa non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 la Scampia di Gomorra\". Fu allora che le ultime undici famiglie si trasferirono dalla \"Vela Rossa\". Le palle da demolizione arrivarono subito dopo. Il segnale di partenza per l'ambizioso progetto \"Restart Scampia\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wohnsilos-fur-mehr-als-70-000-menschen\">Sili residenziali per oltre 70.000 persone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L'obiettivo \u00e8 quello di rivitalizzare l'intero sobborgo, che \u00e8 stato costruito da zero all'inizio degli anni Sessanta. Le torri dei sette edifici sono state progettate per assomigliare a delle vele. Progettato da <strong>Francesco Di Salvo<\/strong> le \"Vele\" dovevano ospitare pi\u00f9 di 70.000 persone in uno spazio ristretto. Si prevedeva di \"vivere in una comunit\u00e0 residenziale\" con \"centri di socializzazione\" e molti servizi in loco. Le cose andarono diversamente. Le \"Vele\" divennero il pi\u00f9 grande centro di trasbordo di droga in Europa. I corridoi e le piazze confuse e intricate degli edifici, che dovevano ricordare il centro storico di Napoli, hanno reso il lavoro della polizia molto pi\u00f9 difficile.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div giganti di cemento, progettati come progetto vetrina, sono andati sempre pi\u00f9 in rovina nel corso degli anni e alla fine sono diventati inabitabili, anche se le persone continuavano a viverci. Alla fine degli anni '90, la citt\u00e0 di Napoli inizi\u00f2 a trasferire i residenti. Nel 2003, le prime tre delle sette \"Vele\" erano state demolite. La demolizione di altre tre \"Vele\" e la ristrutturazione della restante \"Vela Celeste\" come centro amministrativo della citt\u00e0 di Napoli erano gi\u00e0 state decise quando un balcone al terzo piano delle \"Vele Celeste\" croll\u00f2 nel luglio del 2024. Undici persone, tra cui sette bambini di et\u00e0 compresa tra i 2 e i 7 anni, rimasero ferite. Tre persone, una madre, sua figlia (\u202029) e suo figlio (\u202035) morirono. \u00c8 stato necessario evacuare 475 famiglie. L'incidente mortale ha accelerato notevolmente il reinsediamento dei residenti rimasti. La citt\u00e0 aveva previsto che ci sarebbero voluti almeno due anni, ma ora ci sono voluti solo pochi mesi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La met\u00e0 degli ex residenti ha dovuto alloggiare presso parenti a causa della mancanza di alloggi disponibili, mentre altri hanno occupato temporaneamente l'Universit\u00e0 di Napoli. I primi complessi residenziali dovrebbero essere pronti per la met\u00e0 del 2026. Il comitato \"Vele\" chiede anche che vengano creati posti di lavoro in loco, in modo che i residenti abbiano delle prospettive e non si ripeta la vecchia disperazione. Entro la fine del 2027, l'intera Scampia dovrebbe risplendere di un nuovo splendore. Spazi verdi e scuole al posto di discariche di cemento e di squallore.
