Im Mittelalter griffen italienische Kl\u00f6ster die Idee auf \u2013 dort wurden viele Digestivi urspr\u00fcnglich als&nbsp;Heilelixiere&nbsp;entwickelt. Einer der \u00e4ltesten Belege stammt aus Klosterarchiven, in denen&nbsp;Nocino&nbsp;bereits im Mittelalter erw\u00e4hnt wird. In&nbsp;Norditalien&nbsp;dominieren robuste Kr\u00e4uterlik\u00f6re wie&nbsp;Fernet-Branca, Grappa oder eben Nocino. Im&nbsp;S\u00fcden&nbsp;hingegen setzt man auf Zitronen, Anis und milde S\u00fc\u00dfe:&nbsp;Limoncello&nbsp;aus Kampanien,&nbsp;Sambuca&nbsp;mit Kaffeebohne in Rom oder Bitterlik\u00f6re mit Bergamotte aus Kalabrien sind hier verbreitet.
