Ein kulinarischer Selbstversuch f\u00fcr jemanden von ausw\u00e4rts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:16px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist ein hei\u00dfer Nachmittag irgendwo zwischen Kampanien und Kalabrien. Der Dorfplatz schl\u00e4ft im Licht, ein paar alte M\u00e4nner spielen Karten im Schatten der Kirche. Du setzt dich auf die Terrasse einer kleinen Trattoria, bestellst \u2013 wie es sich geh\u00f6rt \u2013 einen Teller <a href=\"https:\/\/la-bella-vita.club\/tag\/spaghetti\/\">Spaghetti<\/a> al pomodoro. Nichts Weltbewegendes. Aber auch nichts, was man leicht vergisst, wenn es gut gemacht ist. Tomaten, Knoblauch, ein Hauch Basilikum. Dazu? Eine schlichte, silberne Gabel. Kein L\u00f6ffel. Kein Messer. Kein \u201eBuon appetito\u201c aus touristischer Routine, sondern nur ein kurzes Nicken. Der Kellner verschwindet wieder in den Schatten. unauff\u00e4llig um. Vielleicht liegt irgendwo ein L\u00f6ffeln, oder vielleicht bringt der Kellner doch noch einen. Offensichtlich ist man ja kein Einheimischer.  Nein. Die Tischnachbarn \u2013 ein \u00e4lteres italienisches Ehepaar \u2013 essen wortlos. Mit Gabel. Nur Gabel. Sie drehen die Pasta mit einer l\u00e4ssigen Handbewegung auf, wie von selbst wickelt sich die Spaghetti-Str\u00e4hne auf die Zinken. Kein Tropfen So\u00dfe geht daneben, kein Drama.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Du dagegen versuchst es auch. Drehung eins \u2013 zu wenig Spannung. Drehung zwei \u2013 alles rutscht wieder runter. Beim dritten Versuch landet ein einzelner Spaghetti-Faden an deinem Hemdkragen. Und du ahnst: Das hier ist mehr als nur ein Teller Nudeln. Es ist ein stilles Aufnahmeritual in die italienische Kultur.
