Antipasti sind kleine Vorspeisen, kalt oder lauwarm, meist geteilt: gegrilltes Gem\u00fcse, eingelegte Pilze, Schinken, Oliven, Bruschetta. Mal rustikal, mal fein, aber viel mehr als ein Appetitanreger \u2013 der Vorgeschmack auf etwas Gro\u00dfes. Der \u201ePrimo&#8220; ist traditionell ein Teller Pasta, Risotto oder eine Suppe. Fleisch und Fisch spielen hier keine Rolle.
